At M Line Automotive, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges for our products.
1. Custom and Personalised Products
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom and personalised products, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- There is an error in customisation caused by M Line Automotive.
Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details and images for personalised orders.
2. Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email [Insert Contact Email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Wait for Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Ship the Item Back: For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Photos of the damage or defect.
- A description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is verified.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the product was purchased during a promotional period, only the discounted amount will be refunded.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
- Gift cards.
- Sale items (unless defective).
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
- Non-Custom Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping.
- Custom Orders: Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
